Please read carefully before submitting:

  1. The verification form must be completed by a Unit CDR, 1SG, RNCO, Chaplain, BH Officer, or KYNG Family Programs Personnel.

  2. After a verification form has been completed, submit your online application with supporting documentation showing financial need.

  3. For an application to be considered complete, both the verification form and application need to be submitted.

  4. Supporting documents must be in PDF form. Screenshots or partial images will not be accepted.

  5. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis, and are subject to availability of funds.
